Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

You may return unused, unopened and undamaged products within 30 calendar days after delivery date. Products must be returned in original packaging. Opened, used, damaged products, or products past the 30-day window are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support email with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions after verification. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective or wrong item shipped by us.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. The time for funds to show in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, which may take additional 5–10 business days.

Partial Refund & Non-Refundable

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect or defective goods.
• Discount orders will be refunded based on the actual amount paid.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund.
